
Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing
Yoga Nidra means deep Yogic Sleep. It is a practice that allows you to come into a space of profound rest and relaxation while staying lightly awake and aware. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down comfortably on your back. It is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body.
In this class, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra while listening to beautiful, healing sounds and music. This practice will nourish, replenish, and revitalize every part of you.
All are welcome, no prior experience is necessary.
