Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing

Yoga Nidra means deep Yogic Sleep. It is a practice that allows you to come into a space of profound rest and relaxation while staying lightly awake and aware. It is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body. In this meditation, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra while lying down comfortably on your back. Throughout the practice, we will listen to the beautiful healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.


This practice will deeply nourish, replenish, and restore your body, mind, and spirit.

All are welcome, no prior experience is necessary.
