Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Meditation
Yoga Nidra means deep Yogic Sleep. It is a practice that allows you to come into a space of profound rest and relaxation while staying lightly awake and aware. It is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body.
In this class, we will begin by warming up the body through gentle yoga movement. You will then be guided through Yoga Nidra while lying comfortably on your back in a supported relaxation pose. This practice will deeply nourish, replenish, and restore every part of you.
All are welcome, no prior experience is necessary.
