Yoga for Surfers

Surf’s up… are you ready?

In this special yoga class for surfers, we will be focusing on increasing and improving strength and flexibility for paddling, the pop-up, balance, and flow. 

During class we will be targeting:

  • low back

  • shoulders

  • arms

  • core

Practicing yoga regularly increases:

  • Flexibility

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Mind/body connection

  • Breath awareness

Time: 5:30pm to 6:45pm ET
