Walk With Me

Come walk with me on Thursday mornings at the Nassau Museum in Roslyn. I will take you on my favorite trails and to the sacred spots that I have been exploring daily over the past year. We will walk together and commune with nature, practice grounding yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation.
