Tap Into Spring with EFT, Gentle Yoga, and Shaking Meditation


Spring is the season of renewal, new beginnings, optimism, and hope.

It is one of the best times of year to release the heaviness of winter, revitalize your body, mind, and spirit, and blossom into the best version of yourself!

In this workshop, you will learn the “basic recipe” of EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a therapeutic method that uses light tapping with the fingertips on specific points on the body. This method quickly and effectively relieves stress, negativity, anxiety, physical and emotional ailments and gives rise to inner peace and well-being.

You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence designed to shed the stagnant, heavy energy of winter and invite in the fresh, vibrant energy of spring. Out with the old, in with the new!

We will then practice a shaking meditation. Shaking is an ancient tribal medicine that releases stress, heaviness, and stagnant energy. Shaking discharges the fight, flight, or freeze trauma response, and activates the rest and digest response, repairing and restoring the nervous system.

The workshop will close in a supported relaxation pose.
