Rest. Rejuvenate. Restore. Using blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body, poses will be done from a seated or lying position, allowing muscles and joints to release tension as you breathe and relax.

Pre-Registration is required. All levels are welcome.
If you do not have yoga props at home, many common items you do have can suffice, such as: firm pillows, couch pillows, thick bath towels, a low stool, and more. For information on how you can improvise, please contact me.
