Gentle Yoga and Chakra Visualization Meditation
To Change Your Perspective
Seeing things from different perspectives allows you to discover new and more effective ways of dealing with the situations and relationships in your life.
It can be challenging to view situations from different vantage points, however doing so enhances objectivity and helps you to understand yourself, others, and the world in new ways. When this happens, you are better able to find creative solutions to problems and lead the life you truly desire.
The sixth chakra is the third eye point located between the eyebrows. This is the energy center of inner and outer vision, perception, insight, and intuition. This third eye can see and perceive what the other two eyes are not always able to.
In this workshop, we will explore the qualities of the sixth chakra and practice techniques that invite you to look inward to gain new perspectives about yourself and your life.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence designed to open your third eye center and support you in seeing things in new ways. We will then practice a chakra visualization meditation to further expand your vision and views by opening and balancing the energy centers within the body.
