Gentle Yoga and Chakra Sound Meditation

Experience inner peace and balance as you connect with the natural flow and rhythm of your breath and vital energy.
In this workshop, we will introduce the locations and qualities of the seven chakras, the energy centers within the body.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence to warm up and release tension before transitioning into a Chakra Sound Meditation.
The practice will end lying down in a supported relaxation pose.
