Experience abundance and joy as you open your heart and attune to the flow of gratitude in your body, mind, and spirit.
Giving thanks from the heart, and having an attitude of gratitude, is essential for living a joyful and fulfilled life.
In this workshop, we will explore the location and qualities of the Heart Chakra and how to open and balance this energy center within the body.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence to warm up and release tension from your body and to connect with your heart, before transitioning into a Chakra Breathing Meditation.
The practice will end with a guided meditation lying down in a supported relaxation pose.
