Finding Strength in Softness
Celebrate the luminous January Full Moon with gentle yoga and meditation. In this special class, we will soften and open the body/mind to create more space for the breath and possibility. After the yoga sequence, we will practice breathwork and sitting mediation. The class will close in a supported relaxation pose while listening to the soothing sounds of mantra music.
