Awakening Joy with Gentle Yoga and Meditation
Being joyful connects us with our hearts and improves our overall sense of well-being. Joy lightens and brightens our lives and allows us to focus on the positive. This cultivates resilience, optimism, and gratitude. Research has shown that having a joyful attitude boosts the immune system and gives us the strength and energy we need to fulfill our hearts’ desires.
When faced with challenges in our lives, we may feel as though we have lost the joy within us.
Daily mindfulness practices enable us to reveal the joy that is our true nature and is available to us in every moment.
Reclaiming joy is a coming home to your true essence of love, truth, freedom, and bliss.
In this workshop, we will explore a variety of uplifting practices that will connect us to the joy within ourselves and in our lives.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence designed to awaken the joy within you.
We will then elevate and expand the joy by moving to music.
The workshop will close in a supported relaxation pose with a guided meditation.
